The whole story of the scavenger hunt...

On January 31, 2012 Room 6 had a Scavenger Hunt around the classroom.
Mrs K. and her friend took close up photos of objects in our class during the school holidays. She printed off the photos in black and white.

We each pulled a photo out of the bucket and started to search for the whole object. We had to open drawers, search up and down, and turn the picture around to different angles. When we had found the picture we had to glue the picture on the piece of paper then we had to draw the entire object on the paper adding on to the picture. And then we were finished. It was a real challenge and everyone had so much fun!

THANKS MRS K! :)

  3. Hi! Room 6,
What a super idea! I bet you know your classroom a little better now too.
What was the trickiest object to identify?
Have you tried taking any photos like this around your school?
It looks like you are all going to have a fantastic year learning together.

  5. Hi Room 6,

I would like to see your sketches of the objects enlarged. What a lovely way to get to know your classroom better.

How long did it take for you to find the objects? You would of had to look really carefully especially since the objects were in black and white.
