We made this comment. "I was very impressed to see that the caterpillar still devouring leaves left enough around the chrysalis for it to stay secure. Isn't nature AMAZING!"
While I was away sick the remaining caterpillars were not so kind. They ate and they ate and they ate! They ate all of the leaf with the chrysalis and it fell onto the soil in the pot. We can only hope that it survives through the transformation!
